To the nose, this Bruderkuss white wine presents all sorts of mirabelles, Gallia melon, vineyard peach, apricots and pineapple. As if that wasn't already impressive, the stainless steel aging adds sun-warmed rocks and forest floor.
On the palate, the white wine Cuvée of Bruderkuss opens wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic.Despite its dry taste, this white wine convinces with the finest melting and elegantly integrated residual sweetness. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an immensely melting texture. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the white wine Cuvée flatters with a soft mouthfeel, without at the same time lacking juicy liveliness. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally thrills with good length. Once again, hints of nectarine and pineapple show through.
Vinification of the white wine Cuvée from Bruderkuss
The elegant white wine Cuvée from Germany is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Muscat, Silvaner and Pinot Blanc. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
Food recommendation for the Bruderkuss white wine Cuvée
Drink this white wine from Germany ideally well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompaniment to spinach gratin with almonds, spaghetti with caper-tomato sauce or stir-fried vegetables with fish.
