Carnivor's Zinfandel is a sore, single varietal red wine from California.
In the glass, this wine presents a strong dark red with ruby reflections. The nose delights in aromas of juicy blackberries and ripe plums. These are joined by spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and freshly ground pepper. The multilayered bouquet is rounded off by hints of chocolate and mocha.
The palate indulges in the berry fruit notes and spicy hints. The body is opulent and wonderfully juicy with a dense texture. The long lingering finish is highlighted by the wonderful spice nuances.
