Vinification of the Blanc Languedoc from Domaine de Nizas

The balanced Blanc Languedoc from France is a cuvée made from Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier grapes. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Languedoc-Roussillon. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone, clay and volcanic rock. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Blanc Languedoc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
