Vinification of the Viña MontGras De Gras Merlot Central Valley

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Merlot. For this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Viña MontGras, only impeccable grapes were harvested. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the De Gras Merlot Central Valley can further harmonize on the fine lees for 3 months....
