The basis for the balanced Herrenbuck Dreistern Grauburgunder from Baden are grapes from the grape variety Pinot Gris. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Baden. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of loam, loess and clay. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Herrenbuck Dreistern Grauburgunder is aged for another 6 months in oak barriques.
