Vinification of the Keir Syrah Toscana Rosso from Tua Rita

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Sangiovese. Only flawless grapes were brought in for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Tua Rita. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Keir Syrah Toscana Rosso can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
