Vinification of the Tormaresca Paiara Bianco Puglia

The elegant Paiara Bianco Puglia from Italy is a cuvée made from the Bombino Bianco and Chardonnay grape varieties. The grapes for this white wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand once optimum ripeness has been ensured. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Paiara Bianco Puglia can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
