The grapes for this red wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand at the time of optimal ripeness. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in large wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a maturation of 8 months in 900 l tonneau of French oak.
