Vinification of the Pinot Grigio delle Venezie from Delibori

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Grigio. Only first-class grapes were used for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Delibori. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is carefully harmonized.
