The Riesling Significa from the Middle Rhine wine-growing region is brilliantly shimmering light yellow in the glass. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of peach, green apple, ripe apple and lemon, rounded off by other fruity nuances.

This wine delights with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. This dense white wine is light-footed and multi-faceted on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the Middle Rhine wine-growing region delights with its beautiful length. There are again hints of peach and lemon.

Vinification of Weingut Pieper Riesling Significa

The elegant Riesling Significa from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Riesling grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Riesling Significa is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.
