More information about Rubin Carnuntum - Weingut Markowitsch
The elegant Rubin Carnuntum from the winery Markowitsch flows into the glass with bright light red. The first nose of Rubin Carnuntum flatters with of morello cherry, mulberry and black cherry. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as vanilla, cinnamon and black tea.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this Austrian naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Taste does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully fleshy and dense. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria finally thrills with beautiful length. Once again, hints of plum and blueberry show through.
