More information about Glaube-Liebe-Hoffnung Riesling - Bergdolt-Reif & Nett
The Glaube-Liebe-Hoffnung Riesling wine from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett is a real eye-catcher, not only because of the unusual name. This Riesling from the Palatinate comes into the glass with a bright straw yellow and flatters the nose with a wonderfully varietal Riesling fruit. Delicate peach, not quite ripe mirabelle plums and sun-ripened lemon come to mind. A fine mineral note and a touch of tarragon and lemon balm complement.
On the palate, the Glaube-Liebe-Hoffnung Riesling is pleasantly light and dynamic. A very moderate alcohol content lends elegance, the vital acidity provides freshness and the kick of residual sweetness gives the wine a melt and brisk drinking flow.
Vinification of the Glaube-Liebe-Hoffnung wine
This Riesling was vinified by Christian Nett in stainless steel tanks and supplemented with small parts of Scheurebe and Muskateller. This way the fruit is emphasized even more.
Food recommendation
Enjoy this wonderful Riesling from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett with tarte flambée, choucroute garnie (something very hearty from Alsace) or braised rabbit.
