More information about Riesling Beerenauslese 0,375 l - Karl Pfaffmann
The Riesling Beerenauslese from Karl Pfaffmann in the Palatinate presents a brilliant, light yellow color in the glass. This wine also shows reflections in the core. When swirling the glass, this dessert wine is characterized by a fascinating lightness that makes it dance nimbly in the glass. The first nose of Riesling Beerenauslese shows of apricots, lemongrass and prunes. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
The Karl Pfaffmann Riesling Beerenauslese reveals an incredibly fruity taste to us on the tongue, which is of course also due to its residual sweet profile. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed dessert wine presents itself wonderfully dense. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Riesling Beerenauslese reveals itself to be exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this excellent storable dessert wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with considerable length. Again, hints of lemongrass and lemon appear.
Vinification of the Karl Pfaffmann Riesling Beerenauslese
The elegant Riesling Beerenauslese from Germany is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the Riesling grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Riesling Beerenauslese can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
