The barrel-aged Rosso del Bepi Veneto from the Veneto wine-growing region is a dense purple-red in the glass. After the first swirl, this red wine reveals a high viscosity, which can be seen in stained glass windows at the edge of the glass. The first nose of the Rosso del Bepi Veneto is flattering with nuances of sour cherries and figs. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel ageing such as cloves and white pepper.
The Giuseppe Quintarelli Rosso del Bepi Veneto impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally low residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so, despite its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Vinification of the Rosso del Bepi Veneto by Giuseppe Quintarelli
The basis for the powerful Rosso del Bepi Veneto from Veneto are grapes from the Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Nebbiolo and Rondinella grape varieties. The Rosso del Bepi Veneto is also clearly determined by climatic and stylistic factors Rosso del Veneto IGT. This Italian can literally be described as a wine of the Old World, which presents itself in an exceptionally impressive way. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the powerful Rosso del Bepi Veneto is aged for several months in Slavonian oak barrels.

This red wine from Italy is best enjoyed at 15 - 18°C as an accompaniment to boeuf bourguignon, lamb ragout with chickpeas and dried figs or goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram.
