Vinification of the Weingut Trautwein Pinot Noir Kaiserstuhl

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Noir. For this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Weingut Trautwein, only first-class grapes were harvested. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
