More information about Viognier - Paul Jaboulet Aîné

In the glass, the Viognier from the pen of Paul Jaboulet Aîné reveals a brilliant shimmering golden yellow color. Vinification of the Viognier of Paul Jaboulet Aîné

This elegant white wine from France is made from the Viognier grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
