Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from Italy reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of grapefruit, apple, orange and pink grapefruit, rounded off with brioche, cream toffee and yeast plait.

Vinification of the Chardonnay Tradizionali Isonzo by Lis Neris

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Chardonnay. Only first-class grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced single-varietal wine from Lis Neris. The vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
