After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Folar Lugana can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

This Italian white wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is the perfect accompaniment to roast trout with ginger and pear, spaghetti with yoghurt and mint pesto or wok vegetables with fish.
