The Il Fiore Langhe from Braida is a wonderful white wine cuvée made from the Chardonnay (70%) and Nascetta (30%) grape varieties.
A brilliant straw yellow color shines in the glass of this wine. The aromatic bouquet is characterized by floral notes, fresh citrus fruits and a hint of minerality. On the palate, this Italian white wine has a fresh, varied and elegant structure with a beautiful interplay of fruit and acidity. The long-lasting finish is accompanied by hints of citrus.
Vinification of the Il Fiore Braida
The grapes for this white wine come from the municipality of Trezzo Tinella - Serra dei Fiori.
After harvesting, the whole grapes are gently pressed. The must is then fermented at a temperature between 19° and 22° C in stainless steel tanks. This wine remains there for around 4 months and is constantly refined. Finally, this white wine rests in the bottle for a total of 3 months.
