More information about Rosato Terre Siciliane IGT - Feudo Arancio
The Rosato from Feudo Arancio is a pure, refreshing and lively rosé wine from the Italian wine-growing region of Sicily, made exclusively from the Nero d'Avola grape variety.
This wine is a delicate salmon pink in the glass. The nose reveals the characteristic fruity notes of raspberries and blackberries. The palate is pampered by full-fruity aromas of raspberries and cherries. These are complemented by an elegant minerality and the delicate acidity gives this Italian rosé a wonderful structure and invigorating freshness.
Vinification of the Rosato Feudo Arancio
The Rosato is made from Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards in Sambuca and Acate. After careful harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed. The must is left on the skins for 8 to 10 hours at 12° C and then drawn off. This wine is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. To preserve its freshness, this young wine is bottled after fermentation.
Dining recommendations for the Feudo Arancio Rosato
We recommend this dry rosé from Italy as an aperitif, with delicate starters with vegetables and fish, with light dishes with white meat and steamed fish, as well as with tagliatelle with Norway lobster, clams and tomatoes.
