Vinification of the Vite Colte San Nicolao Barbera d'Asti

The basis for the balanced San Nicolao Barbera d'Asti from Piedmont are grapes from the Barbera grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once it has finished, the San Nicolao Barbera d'Asti can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
