Vinification of the Cantina Terlan Terlaner Alto Adige 1.5 l Magnum

This Italian wine can literally be described as an Old World wine that presents itself in an exceptionally impressive way. The grapes for the Terlaner Alto Adige 1.5 l Magnum are harvested exclusively by hand at the point of optimum ripeness, without the aid of coarse and less selective machines. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Terlaner Alto Adige 1.5 l Magnum is matured in oak barrels for another 7 months.
