If you give it a little air by swirling, you can perceive a first-class balance in this white wine, as it is neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. The bouquet of this white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige impresses with nuances of apricot, Nashi pear, mirabelle plum and nectarine. Vinification of the Cantina Terlan Terlaner Alto Adige 1.5 l Magnum
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Terlaner Alto Adige 1.5 l Magnum cuvée from Cantina Terlan are Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Of course, the Terlaner Alto Adige 1.5 l Magnum is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Alto Adige / South Tyrol DOC. This Italian wine can literally be described as an Old World wine that presents itself in an exceptionally impressive way. The grapes for the Terlaner Alto Adige 1.5 l Magnum are harvested exclusively by hand at the point of optimum ripeness, without the aid of coarse and less selective machines. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Terlaner Alto Adige 1.5 l Magnum is matured in oak barrels for another 7 months.
