Vinification of the Borgogno Nebbiolo No Name
The grapes for this red wine grow in the famous Barolo vineyards: Cannubi, Liste and Fossati.
The grapes are first fermented traditionally in stainless steel tanks in the Giacomo Borgogno & Figli wine cellar. This is followed by a long maceration of around 2 weeks. Once the fermentation process is complete, this red wine matures for at least 3 years in large wooden barrels made from Slavonian oak. Finally, this wine rounds off harmoniously in the bottle for at least 2 years.
